Firenza Floral Design, wedding and event florists, have just been voted the Regional Winner in the Florist Category at the Wrapit Wedding Industry Awards 2008 - designed to find the best wedding suppliers in the country.  This means they now go through to the National Finals at Claridges Hotel in London on February 20th!

This is a great achievement for the business that was established in May 2005 and Fiona Pickles, who owns and runs Firenza said “we are immensely proud to have been voted the winner - we were up against some very stiff competition from the across the whole of the North of England and the Midlands and is thanks to feedback given by our previous brides”.

Absolutely amazing flowers with a wonderfully friendly and helpful service, couldn't have asked or wished for anything more!

Friendly, knowledgeable and with impeccable taste and design know-how, Firenza floral design helped me to sum up my entire day in a wonderful floral display that was admired by every guest.  Traditional, yet contemporary, fresh and funky.  Sensational!

Fiona is such a friendly and helpful person, she made choosing our flowers a pleasure. We didn't really know what we wanted at first and she offered us lots of ideas and gave us a lot of inspiration. As we got married in Mauritius our flowers were for the celebration party held and Hollins Hall. We asked Fiona to bring a little Mauritius to West Yorkshire and she made it so wonderfully tropical but very elegant. We couldn't have had our thoughts brought to life any better. All the guests were wowed by the flowers and many asked for the telephone number.

Fantastic designs and ideas. visited me personally 3 times to agree and finalise arrangements.  Flowers looked beautiful on the day and were as I had imagined. wonderful comments from guests too.

Fiona was at my beck and call throughout - travelling hundreds of miles to meet me before and after work. She was passionate about flowers, so much so she was the only supplier I relinquished total control to and she did an amazing job! We had met other florists who paled in comparison, Fiona was fantastic.

Fiona was fantastic, she offered help and advice on the modern/contemporary theme that I wanted to create with orchids and her arrangements looked amazing on the day, everybody commented.  A truly fantastic florist who I would recommend to everyone.

Fiona’s ideas, research and hard work along with excellent communication created something which took our breath away when entering our wedding venue. I have had no hesitation in recommending her to other brides to be and will continue to do so.

I found Firenza (Fiona) extremely professional and friendly.  I had no doubt in my mind about choosing her after my initial consultation.  She knew exactly what style I wanted when I explained my ideas and theme and was very positive and enthusiastic throughout the planning.  I had total confidence in her ideas, which was a huge benefit during such a busy and stressful time.  On the day, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and more than I had hoped for.  They received such positive comments from guests and since receiving the wedding photos I am so pleased with how the flowers looked on the day.  I would recommend Fiona (Firenza) without hesitation to any prospective bride.
