I have a budget that I need to stick to

We will advise what is possible within your budget and offer suggestions as to where you could move displays etc

I don’t know anything about flowers and am worried about meeting with a florist.

Don’t worry! We will guide you through everything, we have extensive portfolio’s as well as collections of magazines and books and we will spend as long as you need offering advice and options. Once you have booked us, we will have as many meetings as you need to feel happy with your flowers.

Do I need to know specific flower names?

No. We just need to know what you like and don’t like (pictures of designs you like or a mood board would help, but is not necessary) and we can advise on suitable flowers

What happens after my consultation?

We will send a detailed estimate with all the options discussed at your consultation, you can pick and choose exactly what items you want and should you wish to proceed with the booking, you would need to send a 20% deposit to reserve the date.

How do we ensure we are booked in?

A 20% non-returnable deposit will ensure the date is reserved for your wedding (minimum £100 deposit). Full payment is required no later than 28 days prior to your wedding day. If you are hiring any items there would be a returnable 10% deposit required as well which would be returned upon receipt of all items in tact.

How far in advance do we need to book?

You are probably safe to work on about six months in advance, however it depends on the time of year, we can get booked up for June, July and August several years in advance. FIRENZA only do one wedding per day so once we have a booking, we are unavailable to anyone else.

I have seen a candelabra display designed by FIRENZA in Wedding Flowers magazine, where can I get it from?

We sell the candelabra – just ring or e-mail with your details and we will get back to you with full details.
