I get asked a LOT where I sell my wreaths, the answer usually is I dont!

It isn’t really something I do a lot of and my wreaths are certainly different from the normal festive wreath. They are made from dried and everlasting ingredients and can probably be better described as WInter wreaths.

Large, assymetric and a statement piece, they are designed to be displayed inside (or out) all year round .

For the first time EVER, I am giving you the opportunity to learn and make your own, but in such an amazing environment it will be a lovely, slow and mindful way to build up to Christmas. How often do you spend the time to go out in December and see the natural beauty around you, let alone pick it and use it?

I am super excited to announce that I will be at Harewood House on Sunday December 9th 2018 for a wonderful winter day below stairs in this stunning stately home.

Your day will start with a private, tailor made tour of the festively dressed house, focussing on flowers and botanicals.

We will then move down to the Still Room (which holds its own interesting botanical history) where I will demonstrate how to make your own large, natural and everlasting wreath using dried herbs, flowers, foliages from Harewood’s gardens and grounds as well as from Fiona’s own Yorkshire cutting garden. The wreath will last all year round and would happily grace your lounge wall as a natural piece of art.

After a private festive afternoon tea in the newly opened Billiard Room, not previously seen by the public, I will guide you round the Terrace Garden and point out all the garden has to offer at this time of year, you will start to see new found potential in every stem and stick.

Then you head back inside to the Still Room to make your own oversized wreath to take home, not forgetting to take your welcome gift too! You will have then have the option of revisiting the house and gardens again at your leisure until 6pm.

What's Included:

  • Demonstration and workshop led by Fiona Pickles of Firenza Flowers

  • Make and take home your own large “artwork” wreath

  • Festive Afternoon Tea held in Harewood’s newly opened Billiard Room
