Festive preparations for 2018 are going to be a little bit special!

The only festive event I will be doing this year is at the wonderful Harewood House on Sunday December 9th 2018 - your chance to spend a day at this glorious stately home and discover how you can make a stunningly creative wreath just from what is around you every day.

I will also be guiding you round the two huge wreath installations on the terrace, explaining the thought process behind them, foraging and finding all the ingredients around the vast estate, right through to making them.

This will be a very intimate day, with no more than 8 attendees and I guarantee it will open your eyes to a whole new set of ingredients to dress your home with at Christmas and throughout the year. Learn to see the beauty in the MOST innocuous of things, a dead flower you would throw on the compost heap will become the star performer in your winter wreath. What appears to be a mottly old leaf dying on the plant, transforms into a patchwork of colours and textures once you look at it differently.

The prunings from the gardening teams winter clear out will become treasures we will be fighting over!

Full details of this wonderful day are available here

To be part of this incredibly special day - head over to Stately Winter Botanicals where you will find all the information you need. Only a couple of places left so be quick, we really will be limiting it to 8!
